General life in the Ha Khapiso Village in Lesotho, where Community – Led Total Sanitation (CLTS) has been embraced and implemented by the village. New latrines, and hand washing “tippy taps” accompany every family’s home and children live in a clean, defecation free environment where infant mortality has also been greatly reduced.
